Place an Order

You can place an order online through us.kurtgeiger.com.

You can phone in your order to our Customer Relations team on 888-407-4885, 7 days a week from 8am to 12am EST.

You can also print an order form from us.kurtgeiger.com and mail this to our Customer Relations team at:

Password Resets

If you forget your password, simply click on “Forgot Your Password?”, enter your email address and select “Reset Your Password”. We will then send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

This should be received instantly, but please allow up to 15 minutes for this email to reach your inbox. Please be sure to check your spam filter is not rejecting our emails or they have been directed to your Junk folder.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards. We are also able to accept personal checks by mail when accompanied with an order form printed from us.kurtgeiger.com, and mailed to the Customer Relations team at

Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases made in states where Jones Apparel Group has retail stores.

No sales tax will be charged on orders being sent to Alaska, Kansas, Delaware, Idaho, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Please be aware that some states tax on shipping charges as well as the purchase total, and that sales tax on shipping is not refunded on returned merchandise.

Due to the nature of internet purchases, we are unable to process tax exemption cards. Eligible foreign missions, mission personnel and their eligible family members are advised to visit a Kurt Geiger store should they issue to use their tax exemption card.

Size Charts & Fitting Information

The below shoe sizes are given as a guide. In our experience a conversion for Women's footwear between UK and USA would be two sizes, and Men's would be one size different. If you would like to contact our customer relations team on contact us
